Fire Safety Training

fire risk assessment We offer you courses for your company employees to be able to understand and react in a safe and controlled manner if a fire should ever occur. Our courses are tailored to your company needs and policies.

Basic fire instruction must be given to your company workforce and should be repeated regularly.

Our basic fire instruction content, what to do in the event of discovering a fire; when you hear the alarm; how to evacuate your premises safely and account for all your staff; how to identify and use a fire extinguisher when considered safely to do so. The course has been designed to give your company workforce the information to feel safe and be competent and in their knowledge of basic fire safety. The duration for this course is for 1 hour.

Basic fire instruction with ‘live fire practice’

We can expand upon the basic fire instruction programme which will include company fire procedures and hazardous materials in your workplace. Included is ‘live fire practice’ with a controlled fire simulator where your staff will have the chance to use an extinguisher on a fire. The duration for this course is 2 hours.

Fire Warden/Marshall

Fire Wardens/Marshalls must be appointed to assist the “Responsible Person” in providing assistance in the case of a fire. Here we include the above instruction programmes but with management responsibilities. The duration of this course is a half day.

We also can provide a full days fire training, mixing and matching the above to assist with your workflow.

Healthcare Sector

We can offer 1 hour training courses designed especially for your staff in relation to the caring profession. This course consists of progressive horizontal evacuation, ski pads / ski sheets when appropriate. How to use fire extinguishers, identification and safe usage, ‘live fire practice’ with a controlled fire simulator.

This fire training programme can be included in your mandatory training days.

All training programmes are flexible to your needs.
